Connect & Care is a reflection of the people it is designed to serve and the environment it is designed to work in.
Its leadership is made up of an outstanding cadre of active clinicians who believe in its mission and benefits to the patient, families, and those who provide care. Our non-clinical team members are a dynamic complement that bring software, business and financial expertise to the Connect & Care mission. They have had personal experiences or had a family member with a healthcare event that made them aware of some of healthcare’s own maladies.
The diverse backgrounds, clinical expertise, and fundamental commitment to the patient drives each member of the team in their daily lives and carries over to their dedication to Connect & Care!
