The Biden administration has also announced its rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Assistance (CMS) REQUIRING 17 million health care workers participating in federal health programs to be vaccinated.
An Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is being instituted, and is allowed under the auspices of a declaration that workers are at risk.
